ZPL QR code generator
Type the text or URL, pick the size and error correction, and copy the ZPL: the generator writes the ^BQ command and its ^FD data in the format Zebra printers expect, and draws the label as you type.

Questions
What is the ZPL code for a QR code?
^FO50,50^BQN,2,5^FDQA,https://example.com^FS. ^BQN,2,5 is a model 2 QR code at magnification 5; in ^FD, Q is the error correction level and A selects the input mode automatically, followed by a comma and the data.
How do I change the size of a QR code in ZPL?
With the magnification, the third ^BQ parameter, from 1 to 10: each module becomes that many dots wide. The number of modules depends on how much data you encode, so longer text makes a bigger code at the same magnification.
Can I rotate a QR code in ZPL?
No. ^BQ only prints in normal orientation and ignores ^FW. A QR code reads from any angle, so a rotated label still scans.
Which error correction level should I use?
M or Q for most labels. H recovers up to 30% of a damaged code but makes it bigger; L is the smallest and fine for clean, short-lived labels.
Why is there extra space above my QR code?
The top of a QR code lands below the ^FO position by the current ^BY bar height, 10 dots by default. After a tall linear barcode the offset grows; put ^BY back to a height of 10 before ^BQ.
