Label sizes in ZPL dots

Common thermal label sizes in dots at 152, 203, 300 and 600 dpi, with the ^PW and ^LL values to use and a template you can edit. Dots are computed from the exact density the printer uses, not the rounded dpi name.

Label size calculator

^PW and ^LL are the size in millimetres times the dots per millimetre, rounded down, because they take whole dots. The API sizes its image the way Labelary does: inches times a whole number of dots per inch (152, 203, 304 or 609), rounded down, so the image can be a dot or two smaller.
